This table and the methods description contain at least two major problems.
First, the standard deviation values are mathematically not possible given the mean, minimum, and maximum values.
Second, there is an inconsistency between the methods and the data presented in the table. According to the methods, “response was measured using a 5-point Likert scale, in which 1 represents strongly disagree and 5 represents strongly agree,” meaning that the maximum value is 5, although in the majority of rows the data are different.
