This is a screenshot of a paper. Do you notice anything unusual or potentially problematic?

The authors' names are probably non-existent. According to the paper, both authors are affiliated with Taras Shevchenko University in Kyiv. The red flag is that such names are not typical for Ukraine.
Further investigation based on the screenshot information.The email address of Otieno Kimani appears in the screenshot. There are two other papers associated with this email: one listing Otieno Kimani and another listing Otieno Kirmani. It is hard to believe that an author would misspell their own name. In the other two papers published in the same period of time, Kimani/Kirmani is affiliated with Kenya and Somalia, which is also problematic. All three papers are likely being used by citation cartels to inflate citation counts. This paper could be retracted. References in retracted papers are still included in many calculations of citation indices and similar metrics.
